Responsibilities:

Safely transport clients, including those with disabilities and the elderly, to various destinations.

Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any issues promptly.

Assist clients with mobility aids and ensure their comfort throughout the journey.

Adhere to scheduled pick-up and drop-off times to minimize delays.

Exhibit courteous behavior and clear communication with clients.

Maintain vehicle cleanliness and functionality.

Comply with traffic laws and company policies.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers and handle emergencies professionally.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Previous experience in the transportation industry, preferably with special needs clients.

Proficiency in vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to assist clients with mobility challenges.

Familiarity with local routes and traffic regulations.

Customer Service Representatives

Be the friendly voice that greets our clients. As a Customer Service Representative at Adaptive Wheels Inc., you’ll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and scheduling transportation services.

Demonstrate empathy and understanding when assisting clients with special needs.

Coordinate with drivers to ensure efficient transportation services.

Maintain accurate records and manage reservations.

Resolve issues or complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Provide clear and courteous communication with clients.

Utilize computer systems to manage bookings and client information.

Assist in developing customer service policies and procedures.
 

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service roles, preferably in healthcare.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in using computer systems and software.

Ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively.

Knowledge of transportation services and scheduling.

Empathy and understanding of clients’ needs.
